AMRITA GHOSH Amrita Ghosh has a Ph.D in English from Drew University, New Jersey. Her dissertation is on Partition Literature and Postcolonial studies. Amrita has a MA in English literature from Rutgers University and has been involved in translating works from Bengali to English. She has been interested in the connection between theory and praxis and the main aim behind Cerebration is to present a reflection of that. Ghosh currently teaches at Seton Hall University, NJ. |

SMITA MAITRA Smita has worked in television for more than a decade. She has been a Producer, Researcher, Correspondent and Anchor for India's best known news network NDTV. She has a Masters degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and has published papers on several aspects of the media. Along with being a founding editor at Cerebration, Smita also makes vintage toys under the name Wooly Whatnots. |
